Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using ReportWise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

ReportWise is a web application that turns a CSV or Excel export — or a connected data source — into a branded PDF report. Uploaded files are parsed and the PDF is generated in your browser; optional features (AI commentary, shared links, connected sources and scheduled email reports) process report data on our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy. The service includes a free tier and paid plans. Payments are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

ReportWise is operated by CData s.r.o., with its registered seat in Žilina, Slovakia, Company ID / IČO: 51004119, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina (Okresný súd Žilina), Section: Sro, Insert No.: 68208/L (web: cdata.sk). References to "we", "us", or "our" mean CData s.r.o.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to circumvent the free-tier limit
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

4. Payments and refunds

Paid credits are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once used. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes securely.

5. Connected accounts, shared links and scheduled reports

You may optionally connect third-party accounts (such as Stripe or Xero) to import data; you authorise us to access that data on a read-only basis solely to generate your reports, and you may disconnect at any time. If you publish a report as a shareable link, you are responsible for whom you share it with, and you can revoke the link at any time. If you schedule reports, you confirm you are entitled to send them to the recipient email addresses you provide. AI-written commentary is generated from your aggregated figures and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing each report before relying on or distributing it.

6. Intellectual property

The ReportWise service, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. You retain all rights to documents you process through the service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the metrics computed from any given file or connected source will be accurate, or that AI-generated commentary will be free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
